Prices are shown in US Dollars for customers in the United States and in Pounds Sterling for customers in the United Kingdom. UK prices include VAT. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation email. Payment is processed at order placement through Shopify Payments or PayPal.

Security Beyond Travel™ and PolyShield™ are trademarks of Alpine Rivers®. All product copy, images, and store content are the property of Belmont London Limited unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Our products are designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized wireless reading of contactless cards. No protective product can guarantee complete prevention of every possible attack. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of an Alpine Rivers® product is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Belmont London Limited harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of this store or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising from purchases made through this store may be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection law in the customer's jurisdiction grants additional rights that cannot be waived by contract.
