Shipping & Delivery
Alpine Rivers® ships to addresses in the United States and Great Britain. Orders are dispatched from our nearest fulfilment point to keep delivery fast.
Where we ship
We ship across the United States and throughout Great Britain. A small number of locations may be unavailable at checkout, and we are working on adding more destinations over time.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total:
- Orders up to $13.99: $4.95
- Orders $14.00 to $27.99: $9.90
- Orders $28.00 to $49.99: $14.85
- Orders $50.00 and over: free
Processing and delivery
- Order processing: 1 to 2 business days from order placement
- US delivery: 5 to 9 business days after dispatch
- UK delivery: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch
- A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships
Packaging
Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging for security in transit. The exterior never identifies what is inside.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in the carrier network. Orders returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at the customer's expense, or refunded minus the original shipping cost if reshipping is declined.
Order issues
If your order has not arrived 14 business days after dispatch, contact us through the Contact page or at info@alpine-rivers.com. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue at no cost to you.
